Your perfume should last 8–10 hours. If it does not last as promised, contact us with your order details and ask for a refund. The Y-SCENTS team will guide you through the next steps.

If your order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Keep the packaging
Please keep the bottle, box and delivery packaging while we review your request. If the problem is visible before use, do not open or use the product.
